Admiral Plaza Hotel - Dubai

The location of the hotel is great! When the green metro line is finnished, it will even be beter with a metro station within 2 walking minutes. The closest red line metro station, is now 10 walking minutes, which is also fine.

The lampshades were a little bite crooked placed on the lamps and Dubai people don't seem to be familiar with moisture problems ;-); there was some mold in the bathroom, but not so much it ware disturbing us. All together, just minor issues. s

Breakfast fantastic. Staff very helpful, specially lady in the Business Center. Shuttle bus to and from airport.

Indoor swimmingpool need to be renovated.

Well behaved & helping attitude of staff. Give proper value of your money & do not cheat.

Information handle was not good between staff of different shift. May be information of payment, arrival of guests are not well organized in computer.

Airport shuttle is a good service, nice breakfast, good hotel, good service, good location.

The staff were very kind and understanding. As I had young children with me I had alot of hand luggage. The staff were very helpful all the way and the complimentery airport transport service is an added bonus!

Communication between the reception staff was good but there was some confusion about my check out time as when I checkd in I was promised a late 4pm check out. However in the morning I was told the latest check out time is 2pm. This was the only thing, however I did not really mind as the other services were very good.

We liked their breakfast

There was one receiptionist who has no polite language. When you to talk to him he is as if shouting at you.

It is situated in a centrally located area, with access to the local markets. The stay was comfortable the staff polite.

The absence of the toothbrush and toothpaste in the morning was a let down. There was no answer on the room service number in the morning at around 6/630 am. When requested too, the required items were delivered after quite some time.

The staff were very accommodating: our flight arrived at 5:30am and we were jet-lagged. I was expecting to have to put luggage into storage until an afternoon checkin, but the staff had our room ready within 30mins of arrival, and we were able to get a morning nap! The price paid (AED360 with free airport transfers and breakfast included) was very cheap for a luxury city hotel

location is good for nearby indian restaurants but for metro, you have to walk atleast 15 minutes. Breakfast was good. staff were supportive. rooms are good.

No parking available and metro station is away

The staff were friendly and courteous. They were also ever willing to help a first timer like me find my way around the city.

I suggested that they should keep more water bottles in the room. Initially, only one water bottle was provided. This appears to be their hotel rule. Considering the heat in Dubai, travellers would certainly expect more water, at least 1 litres per day!

Admiral Plaza Hotel is good hotel,as it is in Bur Dubai all the important loacations are in close vicinity,even metro stations are on walkable distance.Lot of restaurants are in nearby.Meena Bazar is very close where lot of shopping can be done(do go for bargaining and save money) Break fast is good. Over all a good hotel.....I have seen lot of Indian families there. Staff is co-operative,good house keeping,bed and lenins are also good. Mahesh Nadgir Pune,India

I like over all hospitality of hotel. Staff is very supportive and helpful. In room free tea and coffee and Good morning breakfast. Free wi fi service in business lounge is very helpful . Free transport to and from the airport is really a good service. Overall complete stay in the hotel is real value for money. From my point of view it is cheap and best in the bur dubai area.
